I often work on problems where the path forward is not clear due to technical limitations, operational complexity, incomplete data, or tight timelines. I focus on making deliberate tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and shipping solutions that work in the real world, not just ideal scenarios.
Much of my work centers on systems such as design systems, enterprise workflows, and operational tools. I care about how decisions scale over time, how patterns hold up, how teams adopt them, and how users experience clarity across complex flows.
I use research to reduce risk and guide prioritization through generative discovery, field studies, and validation testing. My goal is to help teams make better decisions faster, not to over polish or design in isolation.
